Pearl Noir stormed to victory for Winning Connections Racing at Thirsk Racecourse on Saturday. Following a winter break Pearl Noir AKA 'Charlie' was back to his best when winning at Thirsk on Saturday. Theordore Ladd gave him a positive ride and made all on the stand side, holding on to beat Kingstreet Lady in the final furlong. Samovar is owned and bred by the Chrystal Maze Partnership, which consists of Andrew and Bernie Baker, Andrew and Sharron Timms and Paul and Yvette Dixon who all own Samovar's Dam Chrystal Venture.
