Terrific Start to 2018 for Krystallite
Following a run of very near misses, Krystallite's win at Wolverhampton was all the sweeter.
Krystallite was bred here at Haygarth House Stud by her owners the Chrsytal Maze Partnership. She was a a very strong looking foal and progressed nicely winning her first race at 2yo
Her win at Wolverhampton last week was a great start to her 2018 campaign and we look forward to seeing how she progresses as a 5yo (See the race here) Tom Eaves gave her a fabulous ride breaking well to form a prominent position in the lead to take the win comfortably.

Krstallites half brother's have also had a positive start to 2018 with 3yo Samovar finishing second at Southwell by a short head on Sunday and Red Douglas finishing 3rd on Thursday.
With our first win of 2018 secured on Monday by Krystallite, Best Tamayuz followed suit with another impressive win at Southwell on Thursday.
Best Tamayuz joined the Winning Connections Racing Syndicate for the 2018 season following a light campaign in 2017.
Tam as he is known on the yard always put's in 100%, and following being beaten by a short head on Sunday in a photo finish was definitely not for beating when he returned to Southwell on Thursday ridden again by Keiran O'neil, the whole yard was over the moon to see him finally get his well deserved nose firmly in front.
Winning Connections Racing has had a fantastic start since forming in October 2017. They have secured 4 wins and 8 places with 3 out of the 5 horses winning, a 16% strike record and +97 for a £1 stake.
